This role sits at the intersection of international healthcare market research, client management, and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality insights are delivered across complex, multi-country studies. You will oversee the full lifecycle of research projects, from planning and setup to execution, fieldwork management, and final delivery. Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, you will ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The position requires strong ownership of project outcomes, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment where precision, communication, and adaptability are essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing multiple moving parts while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client experience. Accountabilities:

  • Manage end-to-end international healthcare market research projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with financial and quality targets.
  • Coordinate project setup, specifications review, kickoff meetings, and planning of timelines, resources, and deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Oversee fieldwork execution, including recruitment management, vendor coordination, and monitoring of project progress to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality programming, translations, testing, and data collection processes while maintaining strict adherence to standards and timelines.
  • Maintain continuous client communication, providing updates, feedback, and solution-oriented recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor budgets, billing milestones, and compliance with internal procedures and ISO-certified quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with sales and client service teams to improve processes and client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • 2–3+ years of experience in market research project management, ideally within healthcare or life sciences environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong client-facing experience.
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
