About the Role
Impact you will make FinThrive’s Customer Onboarding team is responsible for the successful implementation of solutions that transform revenue management for our clients. Our end-to-end revenue management platform brings a complete set of market-leading solutions to financial teams that creates a 360-degree view of financial performance across all stages.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the timely management of multiple, complex implementations to ensure speed to value for Enterprise and Strategic customers.

What you will do

• Lead multiple, complex external customer implementations, ensuring project deliverables included in the engagement contract are completed timely with customer satisfaction
• Achieve revenue targets by accurately forecasting project go-live dates, meeting forecasted completion dates, and escalating as needed to ensure projects remain on track
• Proactively set and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issues & risks
• Establish, socialize, manage, and maintain the project plan with internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality deliverables are completed timely
• Be accountable for issue and risk identification and facilitation of appropriate resources necessary to resolve issues timely with go to green plans set as needed to keep projects on track
• Provide weekly status reporting to customers, management team, and internal staff
• Facilitate smooth transitions between teams to provide a holistic customer experience
• Remain knowledgeable of changes in information technology, healthcare, and revenue management

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 5+ Years of Project Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional business acumen
• Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
• Developed skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications, including but not limited to intermediate knowledge of the following Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
• Travel up to 10%

What we would like to see:

• PMP Certification
• Change Management experience
• Previous experience in healthcare, revenue management, IT, or consulting
• Epic Certification
