Job Description

Blackmores is undertaking a significant business transformation as we introduce new ways of working across our ERP and technology landscape. At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP, alongside a CRM program and a portfolio of supporting initiatives.

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a significant 3PL warehouse integration project as part of Blackmores' broader ERP transformation. This will involve managing the integration of a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operation into our SAP environment, ensuring warehouse processes, systems, technology and business operations are effectively aligned.

You'll bring strong project leadership, commercial acumen and vendor management capabilities, working closely with external 3PL providers, systems integrators and internal business and technology teams. You'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing complex dependencies, maintaining accountability across delivery partners and ensuring the warehouse integration is successfully implemented and ready for go-live.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a significant business transformation, delivering tangible improvements across Blackmores' supply chain and technology landscape.

This is a fixed-term role until approximately the beginning of Q4 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the delivery of a 3PL warehouse integration project, from design through to system integration, testing, cutover, go-live and transition into business as usual.
  • Manage the integration of third-party warehouse operations into SAP S/4HANA, ensuring warehouse processes, systems, interfaces and operational requirements are effectively aligned.
  • Lead and coordinate external 3PL providers, systems integrators and technology vendors, establishing clear delivery expectations, milestones, responsibilities and accountability.
  • Drive vendor performance, proactively addressing delivery risks, resolving issues and ensuring contractual commitments, deliverables and timelines are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing milestones, critical paths, resources and dependencies across technology and business workstreams.
  • Work closely with supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations and technology stakeholders to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into effective delivery outcomes.
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, escalating material matters with clear options and recommended actions.
  • Oversee project budgets, vendor spend, forecasting and change impacts, maintaining strong commercial and financial control.
  • Ensure appropriate testing, operational readiness, training and cutover activities are completed to support a successful warehouse transition and go-live.
  • Provide clear and concise project updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, decisions and delivery priorities.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex supply chain, logistics or technology integration projects. You understand the complexities of integrating third-party warehouse operations into enterprise ERP environments and are confident managing external delivery partners to achieve agreed outcomes.

You're commercially astute, highly organised and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments. You know how to maintain delivery momentum, address competing priorities and ensure vendors remain accountable for their commitments.

You'll bring:

  • At least 5 years' project management experience delivering complex business, technology or transformation projects.
  • Proven experience delivering 3PL warehouse integrations into SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and the integration requirements between 3PL providers and enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external 3PL providers, systems integrators and technology vendors, including delivery performance, contractual obligations and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience managing end-to-end system and operational integrations, including requirements, interfaces, testing, cutover and go-live.
  • Strong project planning, dependency, RAID, change control and budget management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Experience working within structured governance and project management frameworks.

Highly regarded:

  • Experience delivering warehouse management system (WMS) integrations with SAP, including SAP EWM or other third-party warehouse management platforms.
  • Experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Experience managing 3PL warehouse transitions, implementations or operational migrations.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Planview, Jira, Confluence or ServiceNow.
