Responsibilities: Creation of the construction plan Advising of construction plans and applications for the contracted construction work Alignment with internal stakeholder and subcontractor of the construction procedures Adjustment and coordination of construction plans related to design changes
Process management: Confirmation of progress of the contracted construction work Alignment and coordination of processes with Vestas’s stakeholders and sub-contractors Participation in meeting with sub-contractors
Quality management: Construction document review and report to management and external stakeholders related to work performed at site Technical Guidance Ensuring that construction performed at site is compliant with construction law statutory requirement Providing comprehensive technical guidance related to on-site work
Qualifications: Technical education, electrical/mechanical engineering diploma or equivalent Certified Chartered Engineer (construction)/技術士(建設部門) 1級電気工事施工管理技士+1級土木施工管理技士+1級造園施工管理技士あれば優遇 Valid driving license Competencies: Superior organizational and planning skills, including excellent time management High level commercial and business acumen – financial & contractual Experience in developing and managing effective relations with customers Energy sector experience desirable Experience leading people including coordinating subcontractors Native Japanese language skills and business English fluency (written & verbal) Intermediate MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP
