We are seeking a dynamic and diligent Project Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the market research industry and fluency in German. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

  • Plan, complete, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, research, sales) to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Role Requirements & Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the market research industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Diligent with a focus on quality and accuracy!
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Fluency in German and English
