Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Project Manager to work with one of our clients in the religion-tech industry to drive the execution and coordination of global app development initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects. We need a proactive leader who can confidently manage cross functional teams, remove roadblocks, and keep priorities aligned while maintaining calm under pressure. This role is best suited for someone who values communication, operational excellence, and a mission driven culture centered around innovation, teamwork, and global impact.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing software development projects, planning, and execution
• Gathering estimates for tasks and features, scheduling deliverables, and tracking work against committed timelines
• Ensuring project deliverables meet requirements and are clearly understood by the developers
• Establishing and maintaining contractor relationships
• Removing impediments so the team can deliver on time
• Managing project requirements and user stories
• Working closely with the client's Operations Leader

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Comfortable working on a team with gifted programmers and able to hold your own in a conversation about development tactics
• Known for your ability to detect conflict and provide resolutions
• An excellent oral and written communicator
• Someone who pays attention to the details and takes great pride in your work
• Able to stay focused and concentrate in chaotic situations
• Someone with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Someone with an insatiable appetite for learning new processes and improving existing ones
• Located in or willing to relocate to the Oklahoma City are

Compensation Package (Salary Transparency for US Based Employees)

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000+
• Salary is negotiable and the range can be increased based on qualifications, certifications and experience

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required. Salary dependent upon experience.
