About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects end-to-end. In this role, you will guide teams, oversee progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and play a key role in delivering successful outcomes.
Accountabilities:
Ensure that project is delivered within scope, by carefully managing scope changes
Ensure project is delivered on time and within budget, by carefully managing project schedule and costs
Work towards meeting defined Customer Satisfaction criteria to ensure a high customer satisfaction score at the end of the project, therefore positively contributing to Facilization’s Customer NPS.
Ensure project deliverables meet the set qualitative criteria
In collaboration with Team Leaders, maximize efficiency on resource utilization to positively contribute on Productivity/Profit per Employee (PPE) ratio

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent experience
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
Proven experience in project management
Experience with project management tools
Background in financial or banking sector is an advantage
