Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid – Alpharetta, GA

Arclin is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager for post‑merger integration from deal close through stabilization. This is a high‑visibility role with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset, working across workstreams to deliver value and support Arclin’s long‑term success.

Arclin offers a strong culture with an entrepreneurial spirit, where initiative, accountability, and results matter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys building flexible structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and wants to make a measurable enterprise-level impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional integration workstreams across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Commercial teams
  • Develop and maintain integration project plans, milestones, and status dashboards to track progress against value-capture targets
  • Monitor and report cost-tracking and cost synergy realization throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Manage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), including tracking obligations, timelines, and exit milestones
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams with integration leadership
  • Serve as a flexible, execution-oriented team player — stepping in where structure, coordination, or clarity is needed
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across all integration teams
  • Build trusted, responsive relationships across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and execution

What Success Looks Like

  • Well-defined integration structure, roles, and responsibilities supported by disciplined communication; enabling accountability, alignment, and momentum across all workstreams.
  • Achievement of integration objectives and synergy targets
  • Recognition as a trusted partner to executive leadership and functional leaders, and team members across the organization

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and leading multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • Strong understanding of TSA management, value-capture tracking, and integration lifecycle phases
  • High organizational aptitude; ability to structure ambiguous work and manage competing priorities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to present clearly to operational teams and senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field with 5+ years relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Background as an M&A integration consultant or experience with a Big 4 or boutique advisory firm
  • Familiarity with integration management office (IMO) frameworks and tools
  • Experience in manufacturing, specialty materials, or industrial sector integrations
  • PMP, CSP, CTC, or equivalent experience leading complex, enterprise-scale integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated drive, ownership mentality, and resilience — this role is a key enabler of Arclin’s overall success
