Our Sr. Project Managers establish and manage the approach and standard for project delivery and governance, ensuring that clients maximize their return on investment. Responsible for team performance, they provide team members with the tools, support, and training essential to deliver the most effective and inventive result possible.
A CourtAvenue Sr. Project Manager takes ownership of all projects within a program to ensure completion on time, within budget and against set objectives. Confidence and creativity are key to addressing business needs, managing resources, and handling any issues that may arise.
Lead end-to-end Model Year changeover and component enhancement projects on large scale OEM website from initiation through implementation and deployment
Ensure controls are followed, with the highest quality deliverables and milestones met
Effectively balance resourcing, budgets, and time constraints to manage risks and pre-empt issues
Develop contracts and help design innovative delivery teams to best meet and exceed program objectives
Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodology
Create timelines across agency and client stakeholder teams
Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders to meet program outcomes while exceeding client expectations
Ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach of both client and agency
Manage multi-vendor environment orchestration, serving as the primary integrator between internal teams and external partners
Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to help secure a pipeline of work for the broader initiative
Effectively clarify strategic requirements, manage expectations, and communicate roadblocks/resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met
Able to communicate succinctly within a wide range of positions, personalities, and roles, both internally and externally
5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a high-volume digital agency or in-house marketing team.
Direct Automotive OEM experience is required, with a specific understanding of vehicle trim/package logic and the annual model year transition cycle.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation; experience with enterprise resource management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Mavenlink, or Workamajig) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Enterprise CMS platforms, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including an understanding of component-based page building and asset tagging.
Proven "White-Glove" client-facing skills, with the ability to lead high-stakes status meetings, manage senior-level stakeholders, and effectively communicate technical roadblocks to non-technical audiences.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) in a fast-paced environment.
Financial & Scope Management: Experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), managing project burn rates, and identifying "scope creep" before it impacts the budget.
QA & UAT Leadership: Proven track record of orchestrating complex User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for functional web components (e.g., configurators or payment calculators).
Resilience & Detail Orientation: A demonstrable ability to remain calm and focused during "hard-date" launch windows where legal and technical accuracy is non-negotiable.
Experience in automotive is strongly preferred.
