The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager tojoin our Energy & Utilities team, managing Sustainable and Renewable Energy Projects This leadership role focuses on Logan’s Water program, overseeing a portfolio of energy and carbon emissions reduction projects including solar and BESS projects.

You’ll lead projects and collaborate closely with planning, design, scheduling, cost and commissioning to ensure seamless execution and long-term success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, coordinate and deliver a complex range of small and large projects, including design, construction, commissioning and handover of infrastructure and assets
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the Design team to provide critical delivery input to the design of assets
• Develop project budgets and manage time and cost performance of projects and work packages
• Assist in the implementation of the Procurement Management Plan for projects

• Develop a project budget and monitor and control project cost

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Cert IV or Higher Project Management certification
• Leadership qualifications (Frontline Management or the like) highly regarded
• Minimum 10+ years of complex project management experience within the sustainable / renewable energy sector.
• Experience in large scale design and construct projects within the renewable energy sector including Solar and Battery Energy Storay System, EV charging facilities and Electrical infrastructure upgrade works.
• Previous team management and leadership experience
