The Opportunity

Lead complex building projects that shape communities.As a Senior Project Manager – Buildings, you will play a critical leadership role delivering multidisciplinary building projects from concept through completion. Your Impact

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex building projects across multiple disciplines
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements
• Serve as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services
• Coordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and external partners to drive integrated project delivery
• Apply project management best practices to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support proposal development, work planning, and resource forecasting for building projects
• Mentor junior project managers and technical staff, contributing to team growth and capability building
• Champion WSP’s values, health and safety culture, and commitment to sustainable project outcomes

The Skills That Set You Apart

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex building or infrastructure projects
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects with significant budgets and schedules
• Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Professional designation (P.Eng., PMP, or equivalent) or active progress toward certification
• Strong understanding of project delivery models, contracts, and risk management in the buildings sector
• Experience working with public and private sector clients in Canada
• Ability to balance technical oversight with commercial and people leadership responsibilities

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – $154,400
MB & ON: $112,100 – $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 – $147,400Disclosure:
