Job Description

Within Network Development & Operations, the Service delivery department is responsible for the realization of all customer connections to the Eurofiber fiber optic network. We employ a project and process-oriented approach that allows us to work reliably and efficiently.

• Your role

  As a Senior Project Manager, you are end-to-end responsible for the delivery of customer connections and take a leading role in optimizing our operations.

  You will:

• Manage projects from A to Z, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Oversee and continuously improve the full project lifecycle: from site surveys and financial handling to construction, customer communication, and delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and translate these into concrete optimizations
• Implement and embed new tools, systems, and ways of working to increase efficiency and transparency
• Take ownership of project structures and drive standardization where possible
• Lead progress meetings with contractors and service providers, ensuring commitments are met
• Review and approve additional work and costs in line with budget governance guidelines
• Act as the central point of contact for customers, internal teams, contractors, and partners
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and improvement initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure complete and accurate delivery documentation

Qualifications

• You have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably involving contractor management in a telecom environment.
• You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
• You seek and find solutions in the field for the realization of your projects and those of your colleagues.
• you have excellent knowledge of English/Dutch. French is a plus.
• You are driven, enthusiastic, and demonstrate trust and responsibility.
• Knowledge of active circuits ( DWDM, SCC, etc).
