Iron Mountain is seeking a high-caliber, commercially-driven Senior Program Manager to join our established Professional Services team in Malaysia. In this senior role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, serving as a strategic partner to our largest enterprise clients.
Working alongside an experienced team of Solution Architects and Client Principals, you will lead the implementation of our Global Digital Products (such as InsightDXC), ensuring excellence in execution while driving high levels of customer satisfaction and project profitability.
What You’ll Do
Execute Complex Digital Programs: Lead the lifecycle management of large-scale IT programs, overseeing daily operations and resource allocation to ensure milestones are achieved within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Strategic Client Partnership: Serve as the senior focal point for external clients, acting as a trusted advisor to align our digital delivery with their overarching business transformation goals.
Commercial & P&L Ownership: Manage the financial integrity of your portfolio, including budget tracking, resource "billability," and the proactive negotiation of Change Requests (CRs) to protect project margins.
Lifecycle Governance: Maintain rigorous standards for project documentation, including Risk, Action, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) logs, ensuring all activities comply with both global standards and local regulatory frameworks.
Pre-Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales and Solution Architecture teams during the proposal phase to provide delivery expertise on Statements of Work (SOW) and feasibility assessments.
What You’ll Bring
Consultancy Excellence: 8+ years of experience within a Professional Services or IT Consulting firm (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, or Tier-1 SI), with a proven track record of managing external, paying customers.
Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in managing SOWs, MSAs, and project budgets, with the ability to navigate complex contractual obligations and client expectations.
Proven Tech Delivery: Significant experience leading multiple concurrent IT projects, including Cloud Migrations (Azure/AWS), Software Delivery (SDLC), or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Methodology & Certification: Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Agile/Scrum Master or ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
Communication Leadership: Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional, matrix-based teams.
