Senior Project Manager | Construction

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join an innovative and client focused organisation and get involved in various ongoing construction projects.

Due to tremendous growth, our client is ideally looking for a talented Project Manager to join the growing team with an in-depth knowledge of project management.

The Role:

• Management, oversight and delivery of assigned projects
• Perform technical discipline tasks including preparation of reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure cost-effective development of assigned projects
• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Responsible for reporting of project performance using project controls tools
• Effective time management and execution of work within defined timelines
• Manage the overall tender and negotiation process to final contractor appointment
• Develop and enhance client relationships

The Person:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or relevant Project Management qualification
• 8+ years of experience in a project management role
• Solid understanding of bringing projects from inception through to delivery
• Excellent understanding of budget management, schedule management, risk management and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent relationship management experience
