Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy and working within the Strategy Management Office, this position will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful execution of high‑priority, enterprise-level strategic initiatives critical to achieving Halton Healthcare's strategic plan. This role sits within the Strategy Management Office, because the initiatives it leads, including major capital and capacity‑expansion projects, are foundational to Halton Healthcare’s long‑term strategy and system transformation.

This project is a top priority for the organization and will be delivered through collaboration with key external partners and relevant local, regional, and provincial authorities.
Given tight timelines, the Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary delivery lead for this initiative, standing up and managing project governance structures, convening multidisciplinary committees, and driving a disciplined critical‑path schedule with rigorous risk and issue management. The role encompasses oversight of both capital delivery and organizational readiness activities to ensure successful implementation across multiple sites.

Opened in 1914, ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) showcases art, culture, and nature from around the world and across time. Today, ROM houses more than 18 million objects, from Egyptian mummies to contemporary sculpture, from meteorites to dinosaurs. ROM is the most visited museum in Canada and one of the top ten museums in North America. It is also the country’s preeminent field research institute, with a diverse range of experts who help us understand the past, make sense of the present, and shape a shared future. Just as impressive is ROM’s facility—a striking combination of heritage architecture and the cutting-edge Michael Lee-Chin Crystal, which marks the Museum as an iconic landmark and global cultural destination.
