Job Description

We are hiring for a Senior Project Manager to join our Braeside Manufacturing Site.

Purpose:

This role reports to a Head of Project Managers under our Group Marketing & Innovation. This role will lead assigned new product development and reformulation projects from initial approval, through execution and completion phases. This role will work close with the wider marketing and commercial teams, Group Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and Product Development teams of Blackmores & BioCeuticals.

This role will be working out of our Braeside Manufacturing site in Victoria.

What will you do?

  • Manage all new product development projects or reformulations once approved via Blackmores way portfolio management process (PMR).

  • Translates strategy for projects into specific and achievable outcomes.

  • Sets clear accountabilities and recognizes outstanding work.

  • Ruthlessly prioritizes work to add value and impact.

  • Tracks performance and progress with a view to achieve the best outcomes.

  • Actively listens and encourages an openness to new ideas, diverse thinking, styles and perspectives.

  • Builds collaborative partnerships within the cross functional teams.

  • Demonstrates humility, curiosity and accountability.

  • Has an appetite for change and promotes continuous improvement.

Who are you?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of science, naturopathy or nutrition.

  • Strong interest in Natural Health or Complementary Medicines industry.

  • Project management experience within the Food or Pharmaceutical sectors, ideally using Stage Gate innovation processes.

  • Solid strategic thinking, analytical capability, and commercial acumen.

  • Knowledge of raw material suppliers, active and excipient ingredients, and contract manufacturing environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage key stakeholders and deliver complex cross‑functional projects across multi-markets.
