Duratec is entering an exciting growth phase in NSW, and we’re looking for a proven Senior Project Manager to lead multi‑million‑dollar projects across New Construction, Defence, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
THE ROLE
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of projects up to $50M, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the client’s expectations. You will provide leadership to project delivery teams, manage subcontractors, oversee site operations, and drive Duratec’s commitment to quality and innovation.

• Lead and oversee project teams delivering projects up to $50M
• Ensure operational excellence across safety, quality, cost planning and scheduling
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractor
• Champion Duratec’s safety-first culture across all phases
• Manage project reporting, financials and risk controls
• Mentor Site Managers, Supervisors and Engineers

ABOUT YOU

• 
  Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects $20M–$50M+
• 
  Ability to solve complex construction challenges in live, sensitive, or high-compliance environments
• 
  Commercial awareness and proven risk management capability
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or similar
• Proven ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment
• Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
• Ability to influence and drive teams to deliver contribution to business objectives
