As a Senior Project Manager at Relevate Health, you will be at the forefront of ensuring project success by overseeing timelines and budgets. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to understand how projects are aligned to strategic goals, and familiarity with the variety of teams required to execute projects. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, mastery of company processes, unwavering attention to detail, adept multitasking, and a proactive approach. Duties / Responsibilities:

• Learn Relevate's products and delivery processes to enhance project contributions.

• Be accountable for the full project lifecycle: develop scopes of work and associated project plans and own the day-to-day operations, budget management, and timeline adherence

• Work with internal teams to deliver products using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Plan sprints and ensure accurate forecasted milestone dates.

• Assign tasks to shared services and oversee their timely completion to streamline workflow.

• Collaborate daily with multifunctional teams (client, account, strategy, market intelligence, technology, and creative departments) on specific expectations, timelines, priorities, challenges, and new developments.

• Lead internal and assist with external status meetings: clearly capture notes, assign action items to team members, and own all necessary follow-up

• Collaborate in resource scheduling to ensure efficient team resource allocation.

• Identify and lead initiatives to improve departmental efficiency, productivity, and quality

• Assist with training, developing and mentoring colleagues so they become contributing members of the team and reach their full potential

• Coordinate internal reviews and implementation-related quality assurance efforts

• Critically review Statements of Work to ensure accuracy of assumptions and pricing

• Prevent scope creep by ensuring that projects remain within parameters identified in the scope of work

• Document lessons learned, update best practices, and share valuable insights with internal teams

• Embrace a culture of perpetual learning, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes, develop new ones, and contribute to department and agency growth

• Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, Jira® or other tools as required

• Knowledge and experience with the pharmaceutical submission and approval process

• Experience utilizing project management software such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Workfront, MS Office, or other tools

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience utilizing different project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and best practices across a variety of projects

• Pharmaceutical marketing or agency experience required

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid working if within 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office (Dallas, Boston, Cincinnati, New Jersey)
• Remote working if outside 40 miles of a Relevate Health Office
• Travel may apply based on position
• Hours may vary based on position and location of client
