Reporting to the Director, Business Transformation with direction from the Project Steering Committee and Sponsor, this role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs that drive business and technology transformation. The Senior Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, and governance, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while proactively managing risks and dependencies. This role builds strong relationships with executives, business units, and technical teams, aligning stakeholders and ensuring seamless integration of business and system changes. Responsibilities include budget management, project tracking, and mentoring project team members, ensuring operational readiness and long-term success.

External contacts include vendors partners and consultants for the purpose of evaluating offerings, negotiating pricing, terms and support the incumbent may also be required to act on behalf of the company for the vendor selection process. Interactions with Government entities in terms of permitting and negotiations, customers and outside project teams.
Internal contacts include employees at various levels, from all departments, for establishing requirements and deliverables. This position is accountable to the Project Steering Committee and Sponsor established for each individual project and program.
