We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Project Managerto join our team and work with a team of technologists developing enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinatewithinternaland external parties for theflawless execution of projects.
Ensureall projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
Develop technicallyfeasibleproject scopes andobjectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Developdetailed project plansto track progress and useappropriate verificationtechniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
Identifyroadblocks and risks with the team, and actively workoneliminatingboth, with escalation done asrequired
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Liaisecontinuously with the product owner to ensure user stories are clearly defined,estimatedandprioritized,and ensureadaily status is communicated to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of7+ years’ experience in Agile project management.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT; aMaster’sdegree will be an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of risk identification and mitigation.
Business domain knowledge and a technical background will be highlyadvantageous
