The Role

This is a senior delivery role for an experienced PM who thrives when things are moving fast. You'll work closely with our Business Analysts, UX consultants, and development teams to deliver complex, high-value software projects for some of New Zealand's largest organisations — while helping to define how we use AI to do it better.

AI isn't a buzzword here. We're actively evolving how we deliver projects using AI tools, and we want someone who is genuinely excited about both leveraging AI for productivity and to deliver better value to our clients. What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with Sales to scope, quote, and close opportunities

• Delivering an exceptional project management experience for NZ enterprise clients

• Managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across complex portfolios

• Communicating technical challenges clearly to executive and stakeholder audiences

What we're looking for:

You're a seasoned PM who brings both rigour and adaptability. Specifically, you'll have:

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex projects across multiple industries and technologies

• Proven experience working with medium to enterprise-sized organisations

• Strong executive communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room

• Demonstrated ability to manage budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations in a software development environment

• Experience leading project teams and facilitating effective project rituals and cadences

• Comfort operating in a vendor environment that bills for its time
• Comfort working across concurrent projects and multiple clients

• A strong interest in AI technologies, with either hands-on experience or genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to enhance delivery

• High adaptability — you thrive when requirements shift and no two projects are the same
