Position: SR. Project Manager (full-time, permanent)
Location: Various projects in North Central USA
Rotation: 3 weeks on, 1 week off
Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
What We Offer:
Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Manager is a senior delivery leader supporting execution integration within a large-scale transmission construction program in the North Central United States.
This role plays a key coordinating function across construction execution and supporting project disciplines including Safety, Environmental, Quality, Commercial, Procurement and Project Controls. Working alongside the Construction Director and functional leads, the position helps ensure alignment between execution plans, governance requirements, and performance objectives across geographically distributed work fronts.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Project Manager contributes to execution planning, commercial awareness, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination while supporting overall project delivery objectives. This role is one of several leadership positions that collectively maintain integration and communication across the project organization.
