As a Senior Project Manager, you will support project management and integration processes on multiple projects for opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, eVinci and other products within the APX Supply Chain portfolio. You will work with APX Supply Chain Management, Delivery Stream and Supply Chain engineers and project leadership.
You will report to the APX Functional Excellence Integration Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a hybrid position, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
Support the integration of the APX Supply Chain organization by ensuring alignment of processes, procedures, change control, risk, KPIs and other reporting functions internally within the organization and externally within the broader overall APX Delivery Stream Project Management Organization.
Forecast program performance, including identification of risk areas and development of mitigation strategies to ensure the program meets safety, quality, and financial goals.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to improve delivery and reduce risk.
Provide regular updates to team members, including program status, challenges, and achievements.
Be the interface for project management, status, and responsibility for the APC Supply Chain
Maintain, update and create new processes and procedures for the APX Supply Chain organization.
Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or other technical discipline.
4+ years of relevant experience in project management or technical management.
Experience managing deliverables and milestones
Experience managing multiple workstreams.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, ARM, Earned Value Management).
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
Demonstrated experience defining the problem statement and developing a plan of action to understand how to report that back up the management chain.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
