Senior Project Manager, Interior Design Excellence

Hybrid Role- 4 days in the Office and 1 day remote

Requirements:

• Qualification in Interior Designing or Project Management
• 5-7 years of experience managing projects in the built environment.
• Experience within Corporate, Commercial,and Retail
• Exposure to interior design and a solid grasp of construction methods.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, coordination, and numerical abilities.
• Confident financial management and project planning expertise.
• Quick thinking, problem-solving strength, and adaptability.
• A collaborative spirit with the flexibility to thrive in a creative environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business intuition.
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small project management team, ensuring smooth project delivery from concept to completion.
• Partner with management to assess project feasibility, fees, margins, and profitability.
• Oversee detailed budget compilation, revisions, and client presentations.
• Manage project cash flow and invoicing schedules.
• Develop and maintain a master project program.

• Oversee drawing control and issuing, supplier selection, tendering, and procurement.
• Work hand-in-hand with talented Interior Designers to guide project execution.
• Monitor on-site progress, ensuring quality, timelines, and specifications are met.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Lead project close-outs, handovers, and ensure a seamless completion experience.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, supporting business development and elevating the companys presence in the industry.
