REPORTS TO: Group Project Director

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Project Manager is a key leader within the Client Partnerships team, responsible for managing day-to-day delivery across assigned accounts and guiding project teams to ensure work is executed on time, on budget, and at a high creative standard. This role balances hands-on project management with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with Client Partnership leads, Creative leadership, Media, Production, and other discipline partners to bring integrated campaigns to life. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity, can lead through change, and is solutions- and action-oriented—able to keep teams aligned and moving forward in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role works side-by-side with Creative leadership, helping translate ideas into executable plans while protecting the integrity of the creative process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated, multi-channel projects across assigned client accounts.
  • Lead project planning, timelines, scopes, and resourcing in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively identify risks, challenges, and dependencies, offering clear solutions and next steps.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project issues, helping teams navigate ambiguity and change with confidence.
  • Ensure collaboration and alignment across creative, media, production, strategy, and analytics teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connector across disciplines, building strong working relationships and shared accountability.
  • Partner closely with Creative leadership to support creative excellence while maintaining operational rigor.
  • Help teams stay focused, organized, and energized through complex or fast-moving projects.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers on assigned accounts.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment rooted in accountability and trust.
  • Support ongoing development of project management skills, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead by example, modeling calm, clarity, and decisiveness—especially under pressure.

Process & Operations

  • Apply and uphold agency project management tools, workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to support accurate timelines, scopes, and budget tracking.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, communication, and cross-functional workflows.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Support client-facing communications by ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through.
  • Help maintain quality control standards and ensure work meets both client and agency expectations.
  • Build trust through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to lead teams through evolving priorities.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, guide, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Solutions- and action-oriented mindset—focused on progress, not just process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with clients, creatives, and internal partners.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment.
  • Collaborative decision-maker who exercises sound judgment and takes ownership.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid foundation in project management principles and practices.
  • Client-facing experience required.
