In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead simple and complex, cross-functional projects from intake through execution, stabilization, and handoff.

• Define goals, success metrics, scope, timelines, and resource needs aligned to priorities.

• Integrate project, process, and change management into a single delivery approach.

• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive timely resolution and escalation when needed.

• Facilitate design and alignment sessions with business, IT, and operations partners.

• Provide clear, proactive communication to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Mentor and guide other PMs or process partners on delivery best practices.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, or MIS.
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or process management roles.
• Proven success leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills combined with excellent executive-level communication.
• Experience partnering with Operations, IT, and Product teams.
• Strong change leadership capability.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to assess business value, recommend prioritization, and design scalable processes.
• Experience defining governance, methodology, and communication strategies for enterprise-level programs.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend policy or process options aligned to organizational goals
