As aSeniorProjectManager, you will play an integral role in the business by delivering technical projects that result in achieving criticalproduct andstrategic goalsusing Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Planning You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency. You will be involved in the definition, planning, management, reporting, and delivery of various projects that enable Mitel to expand its portfolio and its footprint in premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions.

You will be part of an experienced, accomplished team whoengagebroadly across Mitel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manageProjectsin accordance withMitel’s goals and processes

  • LaunchnewProjects to support the organizational strategic direction using Agile Methodologies

  • Facilitateprojectteams and stakeholder’s communication to promote teamwork and collaboration

  • Ensureprojectsuccess criteria meets specification/requirements andestablishaprojectscheduleand plan

  • Direct teams and individuals to project schedules,identifyrisks and risk mitigation to deliver on-time and withinresource capacity

  • Track technical issues and find solutions forprojectproblems as they arise to delivera superiorcustomer experience

  • Utilize organization skills to manage multiplefacetsof aprojectand track progress for several projects concurrently

  • Recognize and coordinateappropriate escalationsregardingproject issues and decisions

  • Implement, manage, and track changes to ensure project goals are achieved

  • Produceaccurateandtimelyreporting ofProjectstatus throughout its life cycle

  • Support identification of organizational & business improvement opportunities

  • Develop knowledge of Mitel products, systems, software, hardware, and applications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Project Management (PM) or related technical field or3+ years of equivalent technicalProjectmanagement experiencerequired

  • Project management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologiessuch as Lean, Scrum, Kanban, etc.

  • Familiarity and experience working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  • Competency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluenceor similar software

  • Experience in infrastructure,software,migration,networkand/or datacenter projects or in prem or cloud-based projects in Telcom/VoIP

  • Proven stakeholder management skills working with operational, product development teams, and non-technical teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and organizational abilities

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Additional Skills:

  • Projectmanagement certification(s) (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, MBA ProjectMgmt, and/orSAFe Agile)
