A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our People (HR) Projects & Change team. This role will operate within the global People team and will be responsible for delivering complex business change projects both in the People team, and in support of the wider Computershare business.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to build an enviable knowledge base across our operating footprint, whilst enhancing their relationships across all levels of management and staff.
This is a varied and fast-moving role where, depending on business priorities, you could be managing a single large strategic initiative or multiple unrelated projects at any given time. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that there is clear, complete and accurate documentation that covers all the relevant deliverables defined in the project scope and will be responsible for chairing project team meetings, Steer Co’s and other meetings as required. The successful candidate will be a team player who is prepared to get involved where necessary to support the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and managing the project plan & RAID, tracking deliverables and timelines for all assigned projects
Leading regular project meetings, ad-hoc meetings as required whilst also tracking budgets and resources
Routinely updating stakeholders through status reports
Working closely with other members of the project team (including external parties) to ensure on-time, high quality project delivery
Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders, managing their expectations to ensure the business objectives are being delivered
Developing and managing key plans throughout the project lifecycle (including data migration, test and cutover plans – where relevant)
What will you bring to the role?
The Senior Project Manager will need to possess tangible and extensive experience in project delivery within a global organisation. Knowledge of HR project delivery is advantageous, but not essential.

Experience of working in a global business, we are a global team, and the successful candidate will need to accommodate global working hours.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate with a wide range of individuals. Experience managing relationships with third party vendors/consultancies, including progress reporting and performance feedback.
Able to support and motivate the wider project team, providing advice, motivation and enabling a high-performance culture.
Track record of meeting deadlines and end-to-end project management delivery in a virtual environment.
Highly developed strategic thinking, able to assess risks, identify and present solutions.
