Role: Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

·Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion;

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals;

·Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports;

·Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues;

·Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and changes

Requirements:

·Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field;

·Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment;

·Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);

·Exceptional leadership and team management skills;

·Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project;

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

·Experience in managing software development projects;

·PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
