Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects and programs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and client expectations. Your expertise will guide the project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, and you will be instrumental in managing stakeholder relationships, project budgets, and timelines.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience to mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence in project management practices within the organization.

Requirements

1. Must have minimum of five (5) years’ experience for the same role related to information technology, system development, implementation, maintenance, and/or data science projects.
2. Must have headed minimum of two (2) projects with private and/or government projects in the past five (5) years; and on a national rollout or implementation.
3. Preferably with project management certification like PRINCE2, PMP, advanced project management certification, or Scrum Master certified.
4. Preferably with a graduate degree.
5. Must have relevant training related to Project Management
