Senior Project Manager – Victoria

Location: Melbourne, VIC
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects across Victoria. You’ll manage end-to-end project delivery — from planning and design through to construction, handover, and defects — ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

You’ll also lead and mentor the VIC Projects team, driving strong client relationships, safety performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.
• Lead, coach, and support the VIC Projects team to achieve client outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive and professional communication.
• Ensure full compliance with contractual, safety, and environmental obligations.
• Oversee contractors and consultants, ensuring works align with project and OHS standards.
• Apply risk and opportunity management across all project stages.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to achieve agreed targets.

About You

• Proven experience managing complex projects in construction or facilities
• Strong financial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
• Sound understanding of OHS, quality, and environmental compliance systems.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
• Current General Induction (White Card) for the Construction Industry.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Graduate Diploma in Project Management or a Trade Certificate in Building, Construction, Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
