About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Cochin, Kerala The ideal candidate will have 15–18 years of overall experience in the IT industry, with at least 7–8 years of hands-on project management experience. You will be responsible for successfully leading complex IT projects across technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, .NET, Data & AI, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.

This role requires strong experience in managing US-based customers, excellent stakeholder communication, and proven expertise in delivering technology-driven solutions in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple end-to-end IT projects across various domains including Cloud (Azure), CRM (Salesforce), NET applications, and Data & AI initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
• Manage project risks, proactively identify issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company’s project management frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team leads.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including estimation, solutioning, and proposal development when needed.

Key Requirements:

• 15–18 years of total IT experience, with 7–8 years in a Project Manager role handling mid to large-scale IT projects.

• Proven experience managing projects in technologies such as:

  Salesforce CRM,

  Microsoft Azure (PaaS/IaaS)

  NET Framework/Core

  Data Engineering and AI/ML implementations

• Strong experience managing US clients; familiarity with US time zones, culture, and business expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
