Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist - Security Integration (Level 4) to join the E-7 Program Management team in Tukwila, WA!

This individual contributor role supports the integration of cybersecurity, industrial security, information technology, product security, lab operations, aircraft operations, and facility planning across a highly complex classified program environment. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional planning, integration, risk assessment, and issue resolution efforts to support accreditation, operational readiness, and program execution.

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

This position may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex cybersecurity, industrial security, information technology, lab, facility, aircraft, and change-driven activities.
  • Serves as a primary project contact for assigned security integration efforts, establishing stakeholder requirements, project objectives, priorities, constraints, and execution milestones.
  • Identifies risks, opportunities, dependencies, and constraints across security, facilities, IT, engineering, and lab workstreams; develops mitigation planning and recommends corrective actions.
  • Facilitates integration of project plans, schedules, change management, and baseline management processes using best practices and disciplined project management methods.
  • Drives alignment across cross-functional readiness and integration activities in security, IT, engineering, lab operations, and facilities to maintain milestone alignment and remove execution blockers.
  • Interfaces with lab operations, aircraft operations, and facility planning stakeholders to align requirements and ensure readiness for classified and unclassified environments.
  • Supports governance of readiness, documentation, and execution quality across secure environments, ensuring consistency with program requirements and applicable standards.
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals, assessments, and planning artifacts to evaluate operational support impacts and security implications.
  • Uses analytical judgment to escalate issues, refine business cases, and recommend alternatives that improve execution, readiness, and compliance outcomes.
  • Maintains alignment with internal and external stakeholders to support security, infrastructure, and operational strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and integration activities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Familiarity with security domains including NISP, SAP, and SCI
  • Familiarity with government security regulations such as DAAG, JSIG, ICDs, and DoD Manuals
  • Practical experience supporting lab operations and/or aircraft operations
  • Experience producing integrated schedules, cost estimates, SOWs, and status reporting
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating security and facility stakeholders to align requirements and maintain accreditation schedules
  • 2+ years of experience in information security and/or security risk management
  • Experience with Cyber Security, Industrial Security, Product Security, and/or Test & Evaluation
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
