Job Summary

1. Knowing SDLC / PDLC.
2. Creating project plan and tracking each & every task of project with action person.
3. Well versed with Jira & confluence for project management activities
4. Taking care of all internal operations & processes (HCL stakeholders)
5. Interacting with all project stakeholders.
6. Preparing weekly status reports and circulating to all stakeholders
7. Strong verbal and written communication
8. Graduate from reputed institute

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate project management activities and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
3. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
4. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
5. Prepare and present project status reports to management
6. Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies
7. Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for process improvement
8. Ensure compliance with project management standards and policies

Other Requirements

1.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
