We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale EPC projects in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). This role involves overseeing complex infrastructure projects for municipal authorities, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will take full ownership of project lifecycle management—from planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-value EPC projects in water and sewage treatment infrastructure
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and efficient resource allocation
• Coordinate with municipal authorities, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality
• Oversee site operations including civil, mechanical, and electrical activities
• Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Maintain strict quality control and adherence to engineering standards
• Manage stakeholder communication, client interactions, and project reporting
• Lead and mentor project teams to drive performance and productivity
• Handle multiple project sites and ensure seamless execution across locations

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 15+ years of experience in project management with a strong focus on EPC projects
• Proven expertise in Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Strong track record of executing projects for municipal authorities
• Solid understanding of project planning, cost control, and site execution
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and engineering specifications
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical domains
• High level of accountability with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple project sites
