We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to manage complex infrastructure and/or development projects within a large-scale IT environment in Antwerp, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery, governance frameworks, and IT service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure and/or development projects
Apply structured project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile/Scrum)
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office
Support governance and alignment with ITIL processes
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or development environments
Strong knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMBOK methodologies (certification preferred)
Experience with Scrum frameworks
Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
Experience in Data Governance environments
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong understanding of project management techniques (risk, issue, and change management)
Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2)
Nice to Have
Experience with Archimate modeling
Knowledge of Angular development environments
Experience with API gateways
Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to sign IT security and NDA agreements
Assignment operates under a framework agreement (2022–2027)
Extension possible in 12-month increments by mutual agreement
Notice period: 1 month for both parties
