As a Senior Project Leader in the field of Automotive Power Electronics, you will take full ownership of complex, high-value customer projects from initiation to successful series production. You will lead international, cross-functional teams and act as the key interface between customers, internal stakeholders, and top management.
Your tasks:
► Leading end-to-end execution of complex customer projects with double-digit million EUR budgets
► Managing international, multidisciplinary matrix teams of 20+ engineers and specialists
► Acting as the primary point of contact for automotive customers, handling negotiations, requirements, and deliverables
► Representing projects towards top management through clear and structured reporting
► Driving project execution using a combination of V-Model, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
► Ensuring achievement of project milestones under cost, quality, and timeline constraints
► Proactively managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies
► Taking full ownership of project outcomes, including technical challenges and manufacturing readiness (SOP)
► Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across global functions and organizational levels
► Minimum 5 years (ideally 10+ years) of project management experience in a high-complexity industry (automotive Tier-1 preferred)
► Proven leadership experience in managing large, multicultural, matrix organizations
► Strong stakeholder management and networking skills across all organizational levels
► Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent negotiation and communication skills
► Solid technical background; experience in automotive electronics is a strong advantage
► Experience with project management methodologies (V-Model, Waterfall, Agile) and risk management practices
► Strong ownership mindset with high resilience and ability to perform under pressure
► Business and cost awareness with a focus on profitability
► Fluent English language skills; German is a strong advantage
