Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role involves leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of custom ABAP programs and enhancements in SAP S/4 HANA.Design and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views for efficient data modeling and reporting.Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform system configuration and customization for SAP modules.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ABAP code, performance tuning, and enhancements.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Maintain documentation for all developments, ensuring clarity for future maintenance and support.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on S/4 HANA.Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration with cloud-based services.Proficiency in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and performance optimization techniques.Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience with SAP S/4 HANA migrations or implementations.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Certification in SAP modules or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and participate in technical discussions/review.
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
