The Office of the Ambulatory CMO is excited to build its initial team. We are looking for a Senior Project Lead that will support the team’s development of the initial project portfolio and be a part of the ground level of exciting and impactful initiatives. This role will report to the Ambulatory CMO’s Chief of Staff and work collaboratively with their team to drive industry best practices and an exceptional culture with humility, integrity, and enthusiasm.
As a key member of this growing team, the Senior Project Lead will play a strategic role in shaping and launching high-impact initiatives that enhance ambulatory care services across our health system. This position is ideal for a professional who brings both subject matter expertise and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset – especially in navigating complex, often ambiguous challenges. The role involves extensive engagement with stakeholders across the ambulatory care environment and throughout our health system at large—including clinical, operational, and administrative leaders—to align goals, surface insights, and drive meaningful outcomes. With a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Project Lead will lead the design and implementation of new programs and processes, applying sound judgment, analytical rigor, and a passion for building sustainable systems that support excellence and innovation in ambulatory care.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $86,400 - $184,800/annually
