About the Opportunities

We have opportunities supporting a diverse portfolio of structural construction projects across Hawke's Bay, including:

Large scale structural concrete, steel, and civil construction projects

Large-scale projects delivered within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams

Positions may be based on project sites or within regional centres, depending on the nature of the work.

What We're Looking For

You will bring:

• Solid experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer or Site Engineer within civil or structural construction
• Strong technical capability across project planning, delivery, and execution
• Proven experience working with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Sound commercial awareness and understanding of programme, cost, quality, and risk management
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing others
• A Bachelor of Engineering qualification and CPEng registration
