Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager – Structural Remedial

Our Victorian remedial business is expanding and we need experienced engineers and project managers ready to take ownership of complex structural works, concrete repair, steel strengthening, and civil and building asset maintenance.

About the Role

Senior Project Engineer

You'll take full technical ownership of structural remedial projects on site — reading and interrogating engineering designs, resolving technical issues in real time, managing subcontractors, and driving program and quality from the ground up. You'll work closely with the PM and report directly into state leadership.

Project Manager

You'll own the full project lifecycle safety, program, cost, client, and team. You'll be commercially accountable for projects up to $10M+, managing the SPE and site teams beneath you while maintaining direct client and consultant relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering structural remedial works across VIC — concrete repair, steel strengthening, building and infrastructure assets
Managing program, cost control, subcontractor performance, and quality outcomes
Engaging clients and consultants with technical credibility
Identifying and managing risk before it becomes a problem
Driving a zero-harm safety culture
Accurate reporting, forecasting, and variation management

What You'll Bring

Senior Project Engineer

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
5+ years in construction, with on-site delivery experience in civil, remedial, or structural works
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Organised, technically sharp, and ready to step up commercially

Project Manager

Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
8+ years in construction, with proven PM or senior site leadership experience
Track record delivering projects $5M–$10M+
Commercially astute contracts, claims, cost management
Strong communicator at all levels client, consultant, and site
