Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and clients.
Manage project programs, budgets and reporting requirements.
Ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with rail standards, engineering requirements and legislative obligations.
Support design reviews and manage changes through approved governance processes.
Champion safe work practices and foster a positive safety culture across project teams.
Oversee contractor performance to achieve quality, commercial and operational outcomes.
Monitor project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.
Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.About YouAt UGL Regional Linx, safety is at the heart of everything we do. Chartered Engineer status, progress towards chartership, or an intention to pursue chartership.
A strong commitment to safety leadership and a genuine focus on protecting the wellbeing of employees, contractors, customers and the communities we serve.
The ability to lead by example and foster a positive safety culture aligned with rail safety principles.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial awareness, sound judgement and the confidence to make informed decisions in a project environment.
Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
