Job Description

Core responsibilities  
• Assist the Project Manager in oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried according to master program  
• Assist in managing the work activities for the group of Sub-Contractors, supervisor and workers  
• Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Manager  
• Track and report daily work progress to Project Manager  
• Ensure that all legal requirements under the Singapore laws are complied with  
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements  
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time  

Job Specifications  
• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent  
• Minimum 1 - 4 years of Civil Engineering / Structural experience in related fields  
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills  
• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels  
Key deliverables  
• Overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion
