Senior Project Engineer is responsible for delivering customer orders on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, managing the full project lifecycle from contract award to completion, serving as the primary customer contact, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with technical specifications and contractual terms. Key duties include developing project plans, managing schedules and budgets, conducting risk assessments, communicating project status, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to industry codes and company processes.
Your Role:
Project Planning & Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, while ensuring alignment with Flowserve standards and practices.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, professional, and timely communication on project progress, risks, and milestones.
Risk & Change Management:
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans to minimize impacts on timelines and costs. Manage and negotiate change orders.
Financial & Budget Control:
Oversee project financials, including managing spending, cash flow, and costs, reporting on progress in line with financial guidelines.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
Coordinate internal and external teams, including functional leads, engineers, manufacturing, and suppliers, to meet project requirements and objectives.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure projects adhere to industry codes, standards, and company processes, including ISO 9001 procedures.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain meticulous project records and prepare necessary documentation for customers and internal teams, such as bills of material, schedules, and progress reports.

Your Profile:
BS or BA Degree in relevant field.
5-7 years of relevant experience. in the pump industry.
Strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and assess cost requirements.
Excellent communication and soft skills for effective interaction with customers and the internal team.
Attention to details and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
