– Senior Project Engineer

Location: Mumbai
Employment Type: FTE
(Company Payroll)
Experience: 4–7 Years

The Project Engineer will be responsible for end‑to‑end project execution of IBMS / ELV systems, ensuring timely installation, quality compliance, testing, and commissioning at project sites. The role demands strong hands‑on experience in IBMS, CCTV, and CFS systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage IBMS / ELV projects at site.

  • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.

  • Handle project execution activities related to:

    • IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems)

    • CCTV Systems

    • CFS (Critical / Fire & Life Safety Systems)

  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

  • Review technical drawings, BOQs, and system specifications.

  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks for installed systems.

  • Prepare daily/weekly project progress reports and maintain documentation.

  • Resolve technical and operational issues at site in coordination with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

  • Strong hands‑on experience in IBMS project execution

  • Practical exposure to installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Mandatory experience in CCTV and CFS systems

  • Good understanding of ELV system integration and site execution practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

  • Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / E&C or related discipline.

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in IBMS / ELV projects

  • Experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, data centers, or industrial projects preferred.
