Responsible for managing strategy projects within the RMS Volume Product Center, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Main Tasks
1. Take full ownership of project life-cycle execution, including defining project scope, developing detailed timelines, allocating resources, and managing budgets to ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
2. Build and foster strong working relationships with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, etc.), external clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies; proactively communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to keep all stakeholders aligned.
3. Identify potential project risks (technical, operational, or financial) early in the lifecycle, develop contingency plans, and lead root-cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently. Leverage strong analytical skills and familiarity with problem-solving methodologies to address challenges.
4. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, and specialists from other functions, to ensure active engagement and accountability. Provide guidance to junior engineers, share technical expertise, and drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
5. Lead critical decision-making at the project level, balancing technical feasibility, business objectives, and client needs. Contribute to the development of project strategies, including process optimizations and best practices to enhance overall project efficiency.
6. Following RMS PSGP development process, maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, change orders, and technical specifications, for transparency and audit purposes.

Requirements
Education
B.S. /B.A. or above in Engineering, Industrial preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); master’s degree or Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in engineering project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
3. Strong technical knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline, with the ability to understand and evaluate technical specifications, designs, and constraints.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
