Job Description


The Project Engineer is responsible for maintaining strategic project governance by tracking and optimizing project execution through data-driven reporting and automated Power BI dashboards. You will serve as the central point of contact for project intake, collaborating with Industrial Engineering and Production to ensure new projects are prioritized and aligned with factory capacity and resource availability. The role focuses on enhancing transparency and operational efficiency through KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.


Requirements


  • ·
    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • ·
    5+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.

  • ·
    Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • ·
    Solid understanding of capacity planning, resource management, and process optimization.

  • ·
    Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, structured reports for senior leadership.

  • ·
    PMP or equivalent project management certification.
