Key Tasks

  • Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team
  • Strategic planning and operational control of all project resources: budget, timeline, quality, task allocation, and milestone tracking
  • Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs
  • Active management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project success
  • Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
  • Contribution to bid projects in close alignment with the sales team


Key Qualifications

  • You have several years of experience in managing large scale integration projects in the domain of IT or telecommunications.
  • You are familiar with cybersecurity and compliance requirements (e.g., NIS-2).
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational talent, and leadership ambition.
  • You are accustomed to working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • You feel attracted by the chance to actively shape a new organizational unit on a global scale
  • You are fluent in English and preferably good in German, any other language is good to have
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 59,897.00 gross per year (based on a 38.5-hour work week) plus a market-based overpayment, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
