THE JOB: Senior Project Coordinator, Strategic Initiatives
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $63,600 - $79,500
The Senior Project Coordinator supports the advancement of Shared Care Committee work plan priorities as delegated by the Senior Manager, Shared Care & Strategic Initiatives. The Senior Project Coordinator will provide project management and coordination support to advance assigned portfolios and will be responsible for developing and maintaining project management systems tracking key milestones, activities and progress; developing, maintaining, and monitoring budget trackers; developing communication materials such as portfolio documents, briefing notes, presentations, and agenda packages; contributing to monthly and quarterly reports outlining the progress of the portfolio; and supporting activities to advance the portfolio such as steering committees, working groups, partner engagement, and strategic planning processes.

We are governed by physician members who are elected annually to the Board of Directors. Our President serves as primary spokesperson. In addition, Doctors of BC members contribute to over 60 committees that advocate for issues of importance to physicians, and to the citizens of BC.
