We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of complex, multi-workstream programs and strategic initiatives. The role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring project governance, monitoring execution performance, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting leadership with accurate reporting and operational insights.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key coordination lead across departments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project governance capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Governance
- Own and manage master project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Establish project governance processes, tracking mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and timelines remain aligned with strategic goals.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Monitor overall project health and drive corrective actions to maintain execution excellence.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Coordination
- Act as the primary coordination point between Operations, HR, Education, Technology, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Events teams.
- Lead regular project review meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and resolve interdepartmental dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Support department leaders in prioritization, planning, and resource allocation activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage communications with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Support engagement with government entities, strategic partners, and key program stakeholders.
- Ensure commitments and action items are tracked and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and project updates.
Execution Monitoring & Reporting
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, KPI trackers, and performance summaries.
- Provide leadership with regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to organizational standards.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve project coordination processes, reporting structures, and operational workflows.
- Drive implementation of best practices in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the development of scalable frameworks for managing large-scale programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior coordinators when applicable.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations management, or program management.
- Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in education, technology, government-related projects, or large-scale transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and documentation tools.
- Strong experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or MS Project.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Background
- Experience managing national-scale programs, government-funded initiatives, or strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, project governance methodologies, and executive reporting.
- Background in EdTech, digital transformation, training programs, or large operational environments.
